Paul Minton is the principal attorney at the firm.  He has been in practice in the greater Pittsburgh area for over 25 years.  During his career Paul has represented individuals in estate planning and estate administration issues.  He works closely with his clients to ensure that all matters are resolved in a timely manner in compliance with all estate and trust laws and regulations.  Mr. Minton also advises individuals on contractual and other matters they may encounter.  He counsels companies of all types and sizes in transactions ranging from formation of the company to termination and winding up.  He has established companies, obtained all required identification numbers and licenses for those companies and prepared all governance documents for them as well.  Once Paul has established a company, he has acted as counsel to those companies negotiating, drafting and reviewing various contracts and agreements for the companies.  Mr. Minton also prepares, reviews and advises commercial enterprises and individuals on real estate transactions of all kinds.
